Aviation Safety & Human Performance Consultant

A practical perspective shaped in high-consequence environments.

A career spanning airline command, Part 135 leadership, flight instruction, critical-care transport, and medevac nursing provides an uncommon view of how professionals manage risk when time, information, and resources are limited.

Current aviation experience includes service as a B737 captain at a legacy airline. Earlier roles include Part 135 chief pilot, aviation consultant, regional airline captain, instructor pilot, and Part 135 captain. Consulting work has supported multiple Part 135 operators through certification and continued operational development.

Clinical experience includes critical-care transport and flight nursing. That background informs a practical approach to communication, human performance, training, and organizational learning in both aviation and healthcare.

Principle Aviation was created to turn that combined experience into clear, useful support for organizations and professionals—without adding unnecessary complexity.

Built for learning
